Balance and Physical Well-being Exercise
Come join us Sep 5 at 11am in the gym for our first session! These exercises have been clinically proven to ease arthritis, improve balance, prevent falls, increase muscle strength - all using slow-moving motions. The sessions are 60 min long, every Mon & Tues from 11am to noon. We will usually meet in the gym, but on rainy days will meet elsewhere in the building- which will be posted on the gym door. Our instructor is Linda Trent, a Christian instructor with many years of experience and training in these physical movements.
