Less is More Fall Session

                Most people who have dieted, even successfully, have found themselves gaining the weight back time and time again.  That is because we have attempted to control our overeating with an external control, following the DIET PLAN.  However, my only “success” has been eating the way God designed us to eat: eating when hungry, stopping when satisfied.  These sessions focus on the tools to eat according to our hunger signal in combination with the spiritual tools to finally be set free of the constant battle with food fixation.  There will be an inquiry/introduction meeting September 14th for NEW members at 7:00 pm, in G-8. After the inquiry meeting, Less is More will meet for 8 weeks on Thursday evenings from 7 to 8:45 pm in G-8, beginning September 28th.   To sign up please attend the introduction meeting, or call or text Lindy Roberts at 918-671-2425, or email at lindyroberts26@gmail.com
