Tai Chi

Tai Chi classes- time change! Monday  and Tuesdays 11am to Noon in the gym starting Sept 5.  Free 26 week session. 2 one-hour classes per week. Open to all, but seniors will have optimal benefit in balance improvement, muscle coordination, and mental focus.

 

Come join us!  11 am to noon Monday and Tuesdays in the gym.  Classes start Tuesday Sept 5.
