Tai Chi Classes (FREE!)
Want to improve your balance? Want to prevent falls? Want to improve focus peacefully? Come join us for Tai Chi classes, a slow-moving meditative exercise that combines stress reduction, focus, balance and muscle control. Research has shown that Tai Chi, a very low-impact balance and mental agility exercise, is one of the single most effective activities to help adults to prevent falling and improve balance.
Monday and Tuesdays 1-2pm in the Gym, starting Sept 5!
Taught by a trained professional and funded through Ability Resources. Donations accepted, but not required. Come Join!
