Less is More Sessions
How many times have you made the New Year’s resolution about your eating habits? Most people who have dieted, even successfully, have found themselves gaining the weight back time and time again. That is because we have attempted to control our overeating with an external control, following the “DIET PLAN”. However, my only “success” has been eating the way God designed us to eat: eating when hungry, stopping when satisfied. These sessions focus on the tools to eat according to our hunger signal in combination with the spiritual tools to finally be set free of the constant battle with overeating.
There will be an informational session and sign up for new members on Thursday, January 25th 2018 at 7 pm in G-8. Sign up is necessary. For those who have signed up: Less is More will meet for 8 weeks on Thursday evenings from 7 to 8:45 pm in G-8*, beginning February 1,2018.
