CHRISTMAS MEALS

~~ CHRISTMAS MEALS PROJECT OPTION  #1  LAST DAY TO CONTRIBUTE!  Our effort putting a bountiful supper on the table for the celebration of Jesus’s birth is a limited time project for a needy brethren.  We need your checks today, please!!! Drop your checks in the first or second collection today.
 Option # 1— Most Parishioner’s opt to help monetarily as this is the most efficient and effective opportunity. The antici-pated cost to feed a family of four is between $35 and $40. If you are interested in opt#1 please make check payable to “St. Ber-nard’s Christmas meal” and place in envelope to the attention of Justice & Peace (J&P). Collection is underway now. The contribution dead-line is Sunday, December 4th. We place food orders the following morning on December 5th. 
 Option #2 — some parishioners prefer to purchase and deliver the uncooked Christmas food items to Catholic Charities. Please see the list of the Christmas food items that you can pur-chase on the table in back of the church. Your uncooked food item may be delivered to Catholic Charities on Sunday, December 11th between 1:00 and 3:00 pm. Or on Monday, December 12th between 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. Many thanks for your past support for the Christmas meal project.
