Balance and Physical Well-being Exercise Come join us Sep 5 at 11am in the gym for our first session! These exercises have been clinically proven to ease arthritis, improve balance, prevent falls, increase muscle strength - all using slow-moving motions.  The sessions are 60 min long, every Mon & Tues from 11am to noon. We will usually meet in the gym, but on rainy days will meet elsewhere in the building- which will be posted on the gym door. Emergency National Collection To Assist Dioceses Affected By Hurricane Harvey  August 29, 2017  WASHlNGTON-Archbishop Jose H. VOLUNTEERS NEEDED: Adult volunteers are needed to work at “the most FUN fundraiser in Tulsa.” San Miguel Middle School needs outgoing, hospitable men and women to help with check-in, data input, table running, assisting dancers and guests, etc., at Spotlight on San Miguel: Dancing with the Tulsa Stars, Sat. evening Oct. 21 at the Cox Business Center.
