Tai Chi

Tai Chi classes- time change! Monday  and Tuesdays 11am to Noon in the gym starting Sept 5.  Free 26 week session. 2 one-hour classes per week. Open to all, but seniors will have optimal benefit in balance improvement, muscle coordination, and mental focus.   Come join us!  11 am to noon Monday and Tuesdays in the gym.  Classes start Tuesday Sept 5.

Eucharistic Ministry Training

Eucharistic Minister Training              New & existing EM’s must attend a single 1–hr session.  Day & Evening sessions available.  Just show up in the church; no need to reserve a spot!                Dates: Mon & Wed’s,  8/14, 8/16, 8/28, 8/30.  All dates meet at either 1pm or 7pm in the church.  Sessions are 1 hour. You need only attend one session. Dcns Dave & Lamar will train.
