Grief Ministry

Grief Ministry Beginning on July 12 “Grieving with Great Hope” sessions are held on  Thursday evenings from 6:30-8:30 pm in Room G-8 beginning July 12.  These classes are for anyone who has lost a loved one and would like to have this time to learn and work through the grief process. It is open to all, whether or not they are a St. Bernard’s Parishioner. Registration is available on the parish website’s home page http://www.stbernardstulsa.org  or by contacting the Parish Life Office.  Forms are also found in the Commons under the monitor.

TOY COLLECTION            The Knights of Columbus Council #11959, & the Tulsa Diocese Chapter of the Knights-on-Bikes are hosting a COMMUNITY EVENT Toy Collection-Drive called, “Christmas in July” for this year’s  U.S. Marine Corp. SHRINE OF THE INFANT JESUS OF PRAGUE                 Save the date for a pilgrimage to the National Shrine of the Infant Jesus of Prague at St. Wenceslaus Catholic Church in Prague, Okla., on Sunday, July 22. We will leave in carpools from St. Bernard’s in time to participate in prayers at 10:20am and the 11am Mass at St. Wenceslaus. Discernment Opportunities

Discernment Opportunities! High School and College age men are invited to join the seminarians of the diocese for evenings of food, discussion, and learning how to grow closer to Christ in order to discern ones vocation well. These great evenings will be from 6pm-8:30pm. June 14, June 28, July 12, and July 26 at the church of St. Mary's in Tulsa. The Center of Family Love is a 24 hour facility in Okarche, Oklahoma  that serves intellectually and physically disabled adults. Monsignor Gaalaas sits on the board of the Center.
