VETS COMFORT DRIVE

VETS COMFORT DRIVE                 The Knights of Columbus St. John Paul II Assembly is hosting a Veterans Comfort drive from June 25th to July 9th.  We are asking for toiletry items and books and magazines.  Boxes will be in the Commons and at the West Entrance to receive your donations.  Items collected will be distributed to veterans at area VA facilities.  Thank you for your support.

Music Notes

MUSIC NOTES                 "Whoever gives water to the little ones for my sake is a disciple".  Music this week tries to underline the theme of discipleship:  "They'll Know We Are Christians" and "Love Divine". All our music groups...... liturgical (chancel, contemporary group, Handbell choirs) and non-liturgical (Bernies Bunch, Et Cetera, Deja Bleu)...... take a break in July. We'll miss them..... but know that the break will bring them all back rejuvenated.

ST. BERNARD’S YOUTH GROUP NEWS Our Youth Group is for all the youth of our parish and friends.  Middle School is for 5th through 8th grade and High School is for 9th through 12th grade. Sunday, June 25th  - High School Youth Group will meet at the Twiehaus’ from 6:30-9:00 for a Bonfire & S’mores. 9901 S. BREAKFAST CEREALS are  needed by Tulsa Day Center for the Homeless.  Please bring cereals to St. Bernard’s Parish receptionist’s desk by 10:00 a.m. on any Tuesday. The cereals will help homeless people start their day with nourishing breakfast.  Thank you for your support.
