Healing is an intentional process, where we gather together as a community of faith to become disciples of hope.  It is through prayerful reflection, practical learning and personal fellowship that we mourn. The Love Challenge          St. Bernard's has accepted The Center of Family Love's challenge to adopt a resident and raise funds to offset yearly expenses. The Center of Family Love is a 24 hour facility in Okarche, Oklahoma  that serves intellectually and physically disabled adults. Monsignor Gaalaas sits on the board of the Center. Our resident is Jeffrey. Jeffrey has lived at the Center for 5 years. He loves the Thunder, coloring, and the color red. VOLUNTEERS FOR SUMMER READING PROGRAM: The day for St. Bernard’s Day to assist campers at Metropolitan Baptist Church, 1228 W. Apache in north Tulsa has been moved and will be between June 25-28. We need volunteers to read with the campers in the morning, provide snacks, or prepare lunch or dinner for approximately 12 interns. For more information, call the Peace & Justice Office.
