~~CHILDREN’S HALLOWEEN CARNIVAL   Our annual Children’s carnival  of games, prizes, face painting, crafts, food, candy, and balloon creations.  We are celebrating with our children this Sunday, October 30, 1:30-4:00 p.m.  The carnival is for children from ages 1 through 11.  We need lots of volunteers to run the games and crafts and face painters .  Hot dogs, popcorn, snow cones, spin art, sand art, fish tank, bowling games, golf, bean bag games, and many others things will make for a fun afternoon.!!!!

~~CLAIRVAUX CLUB OCTOBER MEETING  The next meeting of the Clairvaux Club will focus on works of mercy. All women of St. Bernard's Church are invited to our "Hearts-2-Hands" gathering at 7pm Monday, Oct. 17, in the community room. Our emphasis will be service to others through the gifts of our labor. Come for instruction in rosary making, crocheting ,and fleece blanket tying. The Clairvaux Club will also be collecting jars of peanut butter and travel-sized toiletries as donations to the Day Center for the Homeless. Please join us to put the works of mercy into practice!
