I have been asked about the parish's policy in regard to the wearing of face masks in church.  Until recently, our policy has been to "highly recommend" the wearing of masks.  However, in light of the mayor and Tulsa City Council's mandate requiring the wearing of masks in all public places, our policy is to obey the mandate.  Free masks are available on the long table in the commons.   We continue to highly recommend the reception of Holy Communion in the hand, rather than on the tongue, and those who do receive on the tongue are asked to be the last ones to receive.  ...

KOC Fishing Trip

KOC FISHING TRIP                     The St. Bernard’s Knights of Columbus is sponsoring the 5th annual guided Lake Texoma fishing trip.  The trip will be from Friday, October 16th, through Sunday, October 18th.  All parishioners, family members, and friends are invited to attend.            The cost will be $150/person for guide service and approximately $100/night/room (up to 4 people), plus some incidentals for food.   Email or call Matt Fulghum for...

Novena

Novena Continues Until  August 19   Join Msgr. Gaalaas in person or via Facebook for a Novena to honor St. Bernard of Clairvaux.  The novena lasts for nine days and will end on the Feast Day of St. Bernard of Clairvaux, August 20.   Additional ways to celebrate our parish include: · Make a cake to celebrate on August 20 · Attend Mass the weekend of August 22/23 either in person or via Facebook . · Ask a priest or deacon to bless your home.

    When can we sing again??  It’s the question of the summer!!  Whenever we get a plan, something changes it. Covid numbers spike, masks are on, then off, then back on, and schools are due to open soon!
